During my brief meeting/consultation I found this doctor pleasantly spoken and a good communicator.
I would have liked a more formal greeting/introduction on arrival - it was only at the end of the appointment that I learnt the doctor's name from the feedback card.

He seemed very straightforward, competent and helpful but I'll have to see how the limited the treatment actually given works out!
